      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate Scrum events, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
      - Support the development of the team by coaching and resolving impediments
      - Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Agile principles
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
      - Utilize problem-solving skills to optimize program delivery and operational processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of Agile experience
      - Certified Scrum Master
      - Project management experience, preferably in an IT project management office
      - Strong communication and facilitation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Typically 6 years of relevant experience
      - Strong knowledge of Agile approaches and experience with Agile tools
      - Additional Agile project management certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
