      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and oversee scrum processes while coaching team members in scrum methodology
      - Lead daily scrum meetings and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to support release planning and foster team decision-making
      - Remove obstacles that affect team progress during sprints and shield the team from interruptions
      - Guide the product owner through technical user stories and encourage collaboration within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an active Scrum Master role
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a functional IT role, or equivalent experience
      - Strong organizational skills and experience in coaching and mentoring teams in the scrum framework
      - Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in impediment removal
      - Ability to comply with screening procedures and a pre-employment background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Scrum Master Certification
      - Experience leading scrum ceremonies
      - Demonstrated skills in coaching and mentoring team members
      - Familiarity with agile industry standards and practices
      - Additional relevant training or certifications related to the position
