      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning
      - Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies
      - Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies
      - Support the product manager and/or product owner in goal definition and backlog management
      - Advocate for continuous improvement, using metrics and data-driven insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
      - 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development, in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver complex messages and teach new concepts
      - Ability to quickly analyze and resolve conflicts; strong mediator
      - Experience with software development for medical devices or a regulated field preferred

      - Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification
      - High-energy and passionate outlook with the ability to influence team dynamics
      - Experience in driving and managing complex R&D initiatives beyond typical scrum master responsibilities
