      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
      - Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and tools
      - Collaborate with QA teams to ensure reliable and consistent testing practices
      - Document test cases, plans, and execution reports thoroughly
      - Conduct root cause analysis of defects and coordinate with development teams for resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in software testing, focusing on automation
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a technical field, or equivalent work experience
      - Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit
      - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git
      - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in software testing with an emphasis on automation
      - Working knowledge of version control tools like Git and test management tools like JIRA
      - Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus
