What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and coordinate Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) security activities to maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for software products
- Manage eMASS workflows and assist teams in developing documentation and addressing compliance gaps
- Conduct vulnerability assessments on software products in collaboration with security engineering teams
- Provide training on security requirements to stakeholders and summarize security-related activities in status reports
- Document security planning activities and facilitate virtual meetings on RMF actions and status

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing security requirements and ATOs
- Experience working as a federal contractor or employee
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with eMASS or security risk management framework tools
- Previous work experience as a VA contractor or employee
