What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain the enterprise security program, ensuring compliance with security initiatives
- Monitor and automate processes to manage security risk effectively
- Identify and recommend changes based on regulatory updates affecting information security policies
- Partner with various departments to address data security incidents and ensure closure of findings
- Perform tasks within the GRC tool (Archer) and generate security metrics reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in security domains
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53, HITRUST, and ISO 27001
- Strong understanding of security policies and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP
