- Executing client engagements that exceed expectations based on strong understanding of the
clientu2019s business and their unique needs by:
u25CB Providing recommendations on architecture, deployment, and configuration of Tenable
solutions
u25CB Providing best practices regarding usage of Security Center, Vulnerability Management
and ICS/OT in client environments
u25CB Advising clients on process best practices enabled by Tenable solutions
u25CB Advising on integration scenarios to clarify desired workflows and outcomes
u25CB Research client needs/requirements and identify areas where changes can make
maximum impact
u25CB Review, assess and recommend security controls associated with client environments
(i.e., IT Assets, infrastructure, network, SCADA, ICS/OT systems, etc.)
u25CB Creating additional value for clients through continual insights and consultative advice
based on experience with the Tenable products, the client, their industry, established
standards, and industry/company best practices
u25CB Assist clients with installing, configuring, and operating Tenable solutions
u25CB Develop scan policies, assets, scans, dashboards and reports to meet client needs
u25CB Assist client with upgrades and migration to new hardware or software versions
u25CB Training client staff on implementation, configuration and best practices usage of
Tenable solutions as needed
u25CF Industrial Control System (ICS) / Operational Technology (OT)
u25CB Develop effective processes, procedures and tools that aid in the design and support
of ICS/OT architecture and solutions; and review existing controls for additional
improvement and/or enhancement
u25CB Provide subject matter expertise and support solution shaping in the field of IT
Network and ICS/OT Security
u25CB Assist in building and diversifying the larger PS team to help deliver ICS/OT design
services, consulting and managed services to internal and external clients
u25CF Develop and maintaining positive partnerships with clients
u25CF Support the Professional Services Account Manager in pre- and post-sale business
development activities to include:
u25CB Conduct in-depth needs analysis with technical staff to determine requirements and
specifications of post-sales engagements in line with Tenable best practices
u25CB Support and or write the development of Statements of Work
u25CB Help identify further revenue opportunities by promoting deeper and broader
deployment of Tenable solutions and services
u25CF Liaise with Tenable Technical Support when dealing with an onsite client escalation
u25CF Enable Tenable partners by training, mentoring, certifying, and validating
u25CF Documentation of methods and best practices for use internally and with clients
u25CF Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal delivery methods and tools
u25CF Mentor fellow consultants on best practices, lessons learned, tactics and strategies for
improving client experiences
u25CF Travel: Willing and able to travel to client sites up to 50% - Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years experience in Networking, IT, security, risk management,
cyber-physical or professional services. - Cerifications: GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), Certified Information Systems
Security Professional (CISSP), Practical Network Penetration Tester Certification (PNPT), Offensiveu00A0Security Certified Professional (OSCP), GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection (GCIP), GIAC Response andu00A0Industrial Defense (GRID) - Recent in-depth experience performing exposure management, vulnerability analysis,
configuration audits, security monitoring within IT and ICS/OT environments
u25CF Deep understanding of Cyber Exposure to include the lifecycle states, as well as network /
ICS/OT asset classes
u25CF In depth knowledge of, ICS environments including Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs), Human
Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and other field devices such as smart sensors.
u25CF In depth knowledge of ICS technologies and how they are deployed in different industry
verticals.
u25CF Understanding of ISA 95 / Purdue Model
u25CF In depth knowledge of networks, Linux/Unix and Windows administration, patch deployment
and system configuration
u25CF Advanced networking skills from architecture, segmentation, packet captures, protocols, VLANs,
WLANs, Firewalls and troubleshooting
u25CF Understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory Control & Data
Acquisition (SCADA) architecture
u25CF Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
u25CF Understanding of security principles, policies and industry best practices
u25CF Knowledge of auditing / compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, PCI, GLBA, NIST, HIPAA, NEI, Common
Criteria etc.)
u25CF Understanding common network monitoring tools such as IDS/IPS
u25CF Knowledge of cyber threat landscape, common breach techniques and associated
vulnerabilities
u25CF Consulting skills with an emphasis on client management, objection handling and a
commitment to client success

Security Consultants should be able to assess and advise clients on best practices for reducing Cyber Exposure risks across their entire attack surface.u00A0
