What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end security projects that secure core enterprise systems such as Google Workspace and Salesforce
- Design and implement scalable access controls, including least privilege policies and automated workflows
- Deploy and tune security tools to mitigate risks across the corporate environment
- Automate security workflows to enhance team efficiency and reduce manual efforts
- Mentor teammates and contribute to the team's technical direction through collaboration and design reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in security or software engineering, with exposure to SaaS, corporate IT, or access management
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Go, with a proven track record of automation
- Experience with identity and access management, SaaS security tooling, or phishing protection
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, defining success metrics along the way

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and insider threat detection
- Familiarity with security trade-offs and risk communication to engineering and business teams
- Proven ability to build flexible and reusable systems that are easy for others to maintain
