      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
      - Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase and resolve any identified issues
      - Close complex opportunities utilizing advanced competitive knowledge and technical skills
      - Deliver product and technical briefings and presentations to potential clients
      - Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input, both wins and losses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role
      - Strong written and oral communication skills to articulate business benefits and technical advantages
      - Experienced in programming/scripting with languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, and .NET
      - Ability to travel up to 45% of the time via auto, train, or air
      - Ability to sit for extended periods, up to 4 hours, while traveling to and from client sites

      - Passion for educating customers on observability risks relevant to their business
      - Experience in building and executing evaluation plans with customers
