Roles Responsibilities • Lead Engineering Activities from Site surveys, I/O list Creation, Cabinet design/wiring SCADA Application Configuration, FAT, SAT till final Commissioning at site. • Understands SCADA development lifecycle. • Handling customer meetings and interpret requirements in design phases or annual SLA meetings. • Generate reports using various scripting tools. • Design the Mimic, symbols, and graphics as per applicable standards. • Write the script and code modules for HMI. • Database preparation using automated tools. • Configure switches and firewalls in SCADA networks. • Writing as built and operational manuals. • Development of logic control for pipeline applications in RTU and SCADA. • Understand and implement the interfaces with other subsystems. • Perform preventive/corrective maintenance visits to customers as per approved schedules. • Support Project Managers in project plans, schedules, and projects budgets. • Create and evaluate project documents/transmittals. • Work independently on small projects or MOC. • Support sales in project proposals and customer presentations. Qualification Experience • Bachelor’s in engineering preferable Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics • 10+ years of relevant experience in SCADA projects in Oil & Gas applications. • Hands on experience in various SCADA platforms, GeoSCADA, Wonderware System Platform & Foxboro SCADA 3.2 is must. • Hands on field experience in hardware (Servers, RTU20, SCD2200 RTU, SCD5200/6000, SCADAPack RTU & Triconex Tri-GP/Trident) is must. • Knowledgeable on Industrial communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus, OPC, DDE & IED61850) is must. • Hands on experience in automation tools for verification and validation activities is must. • Hands on experience in modern HMI graphics (Intouch for system platform, InTouch OMI, Situational awareness Library, GIS maps) is must. • Hands on experience in KOC SCADA projects will be plus. • Substation Automation project experience will be plus. • Wellhead SCADA project experience will be plus.
