Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer CSM, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions in the customer service management (CSM) application. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business analysts, project managers and solution architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications that can be implemented using ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in the CSM & ITSM modules of ServiceNow. • Build integrations between ServiceNow and other systems used in the customer service ecosystem • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, UI pages, UI scripts, UI actions, UI Policies, reports, and dashboards to support customer service management processes • Configure and maintain ServiceNow security and user permissions in adherence to best practices • Configuring and managing ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Catalog Items and Record Producers. • Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow in a timely manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities and make recommendations for process improvement. • Developing and maintaining documentation related to ServiceNow applications and workflows. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • 5 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and with at least 3 years with a focus on CSM. • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as incident, knowledge management, and service catalog, service request, problem and change management. • Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and scripting • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS • Experience working in an Agile development environment and using Azure DevOps. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – CAD • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CSM • ServiceNow Micro certificate – Integration Hub fundamentals • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Knowledge or working experience on the FSM and ATF modules of ServiceNow is an added advantage.
