What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver the full implementation life cycle for ServiceNow modules in complex client environments
- Collaborate with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual setting
- Understand and translate customer ServiceNow business needs into actionable implementations
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow platform-related inquiries
- Conduct capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementations for client stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in relevant fields
- At least five (5) years of experience in the administration, configuration, or implementation of the ServiceNow platform
- Training and certification in Agile methodologies
- Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations, particularly in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Integrated Risk Management
- Active Secret Clearance required; only U.S. citizens can obtain this clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow modules for U.S. Federal Government clients
