      Responsibilities

      The Senior Sharepoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic Sharepoint solutions that support evolving business needs. This position will have deep expertise in Sharepoint Online, Sharepoint On-Premises, the Power Platform (including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI), and Microsoft 365. This position should have a strong background in creating custom workflows, apps, and integrations with both Microsoft and third-party systems. This role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions, while ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and governance are followed. This position requires little or no supervision as they build, maintain the system, and exercise independent judgement and discretion in carrying out day-to-day support-related activities. This position performs complex design and analysis tasks related to the hospital business operations. This position also requires strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for the end-users. This position also mentors Analysts on the team.

      Qualifications

      Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of hands-on Sharepoint development experience (both Online and On-Premises).
    • Strong knowledge of Sharepoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
    • Expertise with Power Platform tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
    • Experience with SharePoint administration, security management, and site architecture.
    • Familiarity with REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and Microsoft Graph API.
    • Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
    • Preferred qualifications:

    • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-700).
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Experience with enterprise content management and governance best practices.
    • PMP Certification.
