      What You’ll Do:
      As a Senior Site Analyst, you’ll be at the front line of transforming underperforming assets into thriving communities. Partnering with Asset and Regional Managers, you'll lead initiatives that elevate property operations, mentor site staff, and ensure best practices are consistently executed.
      Your key responsibilities include:
      • Oversee daily site operations including maintenance schedules, work orders, and leasing performance
      • Audit lease files and ensure compliance in application screening
      • Hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to build strong teams
      • Implement and monitor rent collection, renewals, and closing strategies
      • Set performance goals and identify both high-potential and underperforming team members
      • Manage vendor relationships and oversee special projects
      • Enforce cost-saving purchasing protocols
      • Step in as Interim Property Manager when needed
      • Report regularly on progress and performance to stakeholders
      What You Bring:
      • 3–5 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry
      • 2+ years in a leadership or property management role
      • Willingness to travel and commit to 6-month on-site assignments throughout the nationwide portfolio (100% employer-provided, furnished housing included)
      • Strong working knowledge of Yardi or similar property management systems
      • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data analysis
      • Basic understanding of property maintenance needs
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
      • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
      Total Rewards & Benefits:
      • Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)
      • Bonus Potential: 5-10% of NOI improvement YOY (1/2 paid monthly and remainder at assignment completion)
