Providing effective site management, making critical decisions, overcoming complex challenges and being focus on project profitability with utmost quality and timely completion.

Providing effective communication with clients, contractors and sub-contractors, consultants, management of clients and project stakeholders is essential.

Managing design coordination with vast technical capabilities in coordinating interface activities with structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, landscape and external development works.

Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimating costs.
-
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
-
Reviewing the work progress on daily basis.

Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
-
Planning to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
-
Negotiating the terms of agreements, drafting contracts, and obtaining permits and licenses.

Evaluating, managing, and mitigating risks.
-
Ensuring quality construction standards and using of proper construction techniques.
-
Delivering the project from precontract to construction and handover stages.
-
Ensuring completion and testing carried by other disciplines (MEP, ICT etc) before the start of wet/dry finishing works.

Checking the structural and RCC works for accuracy, dimensions and measurement, as per GFC drawings.

Reviewing and validating as-built drawings with respect to works executed submitted by EPC contractor or other contractors on site.

Project: An integrated mountain resort project in Pampanga, Philippines. Located between Angeles city and New Clark city. Phase 1 works include development of an 18-hole championship golf course, banyan tree main building and resort villas, club house, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities.

You have a degree qualification/diploma in civil engineering and a member of a professional body. You have advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
