      Key job responsibilities
      - Drive process stabilization and standardization across European Fulfillment Centers
      - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance
      - Implement technological advancements in operations
      - Minimize performance variation between shifts, buildings, and regions
      - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve process metrics

      A day in the life
      As a Site Process Engineer, your day begins with analyzing performance data from previous shifts, quickly identifying areas needing attention. You'll spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor, observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges. One moment you might be brainstorming with your team about implementing a new robotics solution, the next you could be leading a workshop helping operations leaders adopt best practices. Your problem-solving skills come into play as you tackle real-time challenges, while your afternoons often involve collaborating with colleagues across Europe to share insights and align on network-wide improvements. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate in one of the world's most advanced logistics networks.

      About the team
      The Process Engineering team drives operational excellence in Amazon's European Fulfillment Centers. We're a diverse group of problem-solvers and innovators who transform complex challenges into practical solutions. Our team balances technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, working to perfect every aspect of fulfillment operations. We collaborate closely with multiple teams across Amazon, from operations to robotics, ensuring our Fulfillment Centers operate at peak efficiency. If you're passionate about applying technology to real-world operations and working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, you'll find yourself right at home here.- University degree
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
      - Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
      - Experience with data analysis and project management- Extensive experience in Process Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics
      - Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
      - Experience in logistics or e-commerce operations
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to motivate a team.
