Job Description
- Req#: 970789
- relentlessly identify opportunities to automate and remove toil across areas within the User Access Management domain such as User Access Reviews, Access Provisioning, Role Based Access Controls, etc.
- use existing monitoring tools to ensure timely identification and response to issues, with focus on programmatic resolution of common problems
- design features to improve the availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency of SailPoint IdentityIQ
- work with other teams to maintain or enhance the incident and change management processes
- clearly document operational process that will support our service desk team
- participate in the weekend on call roster to ensure support for critical issues during off hours, and minimise the toil of on-call duties.
- exceptional critical thinking skills, with extensive experience in supporting mission critical systems
- practical experience in cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services
- skilled in coding languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Powershell
- development and administration experience of SailPoint IdentityIQ, or other similar tools
- experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, or SIEM tools such as Splunk
- comfortable with Agile methodology
- loves working in a team but is also self-driven who can effectively manage tasks in a remote setting
- analytics experience using Alteryx or PowerBI is desired but not required.
