What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms
- Craft concise and attention-grabbing copy tailored to different audiences
- Design visually appealing graphics and illustrations
- Research and implement relevant hashtags to increase content discoverability
- Encourage and curate user-generated content that aligns with the brand
- Collaborate with teams to strategize and create multimedia content
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts
- Stay updated with industry trends and optimize content for maximum reach
- Support social media content publishing and operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant social media experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of enterprise social media management platforms
- Technical proficiency in desktop and mobile social media channels
- Video production and editing skills are a plus
- Creative mindset and storytelling ability
- Strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Agency experience
