      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement support for new products
      - Create and build new services, reporting, monitoring, tools, frameworks, and APIs
      - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to deliver on the company's vision
      - Mentor team members and enhance the technical skill set across the team
      - Own derivatives lifecycle workflows including execution, risk management, and settlement & clearing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering
      - Proven experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
      - Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
      - Strong passion for building an open financial system that connects the world
      - Experience composing a service-oriented architecture

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with High Performance Low Latency Engineering
      - Familiarity with trading systems
