What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and architecture of innovative financial technology and decentralized finance projects on blockchain
- Take ownership of the software development life cycle, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase
- Implement robust security measures and best practices to safeguard financial transactions and user data
- Provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers, mentoring them on coding standards and software architecture
- Conduct regular security assessments and code reviews to enhance system efficiency and security

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupations
- At least 1 year of experience in backend and frontend programming languages, including Typescript and Python
- Experience with technical incident responsiveness and Visual Studio Code tooling
- Proficiency with GitHub database

- Previous experience in decentralized finance (DeFi) projects
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in finance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
