  This role offers a hybrid work schedule; offering the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, while providing the opportunity for in-person collaboration.

  The Enterprise Architecture, Data, and Engineering Group is responsible with enabling our technology partners across the Bank with a suite of best-in-class Platforms, Tools, and Products; allowing them to deliver rich customer solutions all while decreasing their time to market. In addition, the Group creates significant value by providing an advisory and governance function on these capabilities, so technology delivery teams can focus on the “What” not the “How”.

  Overview:

  You will be part of an agile team where you will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code; ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms.   Scope of Responsibilities:

  You will need to be effective in working autonomously and in teams on high level systems analysis and technical phases of development. The position interacts with senior management, other technology personnel, clients and vendors.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support and innovate new document capture solutions and workflows. Using products like Kofax and other OCR tools.
  • Support and enhance our existing Document Extraction Solutions.
  • Design and implement new extraction models supporting varies document types.
  • Implement Solutions and extraction models for Structured, Semi Structured and Un Structured Forms processing
  • Implement & support Migrations from Kofax Capture to KTA
  • Integrate up-stream/down-stream applications to KTA API’s patterns involving, Open-Auth/RESTful API

  Custom development to support business needs of document flow and automation

  Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of an Associate degree and 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience
  • Worked on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application development
  • Experience with Agile Methodology
  • Must be familiar with industry direction
  • An ability to build out products & products enhancements from idea through to launch
  • Skills to collaborate with the entire team and customers on feature requirements and prioritization
  • A team player mindset with an ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  Tech Stack:

  • .NET Programming C# & Vb.net (must have)
  • Kofax KTA 7.8 or higher
  • Kofax Capture 11 or higher
  • Web services and API Integrations
  • SOAP, XML, Rest Services
  • Proficient in handling and writing complex PL/SQL queries and Stored procedures
  • Python based IDP solutions and consuming other document libraries
  • Git Lab

  M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $110,635.01 - $184,391.68 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
