      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain front-end applications using React 18 for user-friendly interfaces
      - Collaborate on backend API development with C# and .NET, ensuring integration across systems
      - Manage Azure services, including authentication and DevOps pipelines
      - Contribute to the evolution of the company-wide design system for consistency and scalability
      - Implement automated testing frameworks for both front-end and backend components

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 to 7 years of experience in software development
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly React 18
      - Solid backend development experience using C# and .NET (versions 8 and 9)
      - Proficient with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Vitest and Playwright
      - Experience maintaining or contributing to design systems
      - Understanding of API development and integration
      - Experience in highly regulated environments, such as HIPAA compliance
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
