      Wells Fargo is back in the office three days a week working together for fabulous outcomes!

      This role is located in the cities posted on the req and is not a remote role.

      There is no Visa sponsorship or transfers for this role.

      We are looking for a mid level software developer to work on new development for our cyber security application. You’ll develop an internal application that will support cyber risk.

      You’ll lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments and contribute to large scale planning of strategies. Each day, you’ll design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.

      Additionally, you will:

      • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
      • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
      • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


      Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      • 4+ years of experience with any 2 of the following: REACTJS, NextJS, NodeJS/Javascript, Typescript, NoSQL/Mongo/DB

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Front-end technologies best fit is React or NextJS.

      • 2 + years of NodeJS/Javascript

      • 1+ years of NoSQL/MongoDB

      • Knowledge and understanding of API Gateway

      • Experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodology

      • Experience with GitHub, Ansible automation and orchestration (or similar tools including Chef or Puppet), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

      • Knowledge and understanding Azure Cloud experience or industry certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, Cloud Security Alliance, Azure, AWS or GCP cloud certifications

      • Experience with Code Review tools (Blackduck/CheckMarx/SonarQube)
