What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and the engineering organization to drive innovation
- Analyze requirements, break down tasks, and estimate efforts for software development
- Design and implement robust, performant, maintainable, and testable code
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to peers within the team
- Take ownership of projects and adapt to changes arising from business and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java)
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Agile Development Practices
- Ability to work effectively within a distributed team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in C# .NET
- Experience providing technical leadership in a development environment
- Familiarity with AI tools in software development
- Strong presentation and team communication skills
