      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs, ensuring adherence to coding standards
      - Participate in all scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning while communicating any issues to the Scrum Master
      - Drive story creation and manage tasks within software applications like RTC or Jira
      - Monitor work against production schedules and provide regular progress updates to lead developers
      - Mentor associate and intermediate software engineers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns for scalable systems
      - Minimum of 5 years in at least one modern programming language and experience with two or more front-end or back-end technologies
      - Minimum of 5 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON
      - Minimum of 5 years in defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade-offs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7 years of experience working with a variety of technology systems in healthcare
      - 1 year of experience working with Machine Learning, especially in Natural Language Understanding or related fields
