What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage the entire lifecycle of software projects, including design, development, and deployment
- Develop Java applications and Android native applications, improving code structure for testability and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and assist in mentoring other engineers
- Prioritize and manage incoming defects and feature requests for designated product areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and ensure quality standards are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of software engineering or software development experience
- 2-4+ years of experience with high-level programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C++, or C#
- 2-4+ years of Android development experience
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and concurrent programming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tools and libraries such as Fastlane, Kotlin MultiPlatform, and Firebase
- Experience with modern toolchains and source control (e.g., Git, Webpack)
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for user-centric application development
