What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications, including cloud-based tools
- Write code that establishes and enhances coding specifications for software programs
- Lead the daily work of assigned teams, adjusting short-term priorities as needed
- Own functional areas, breaking down large requests into manageable tasks and setting measurable goals
- Develop technical/business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar field OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience writing code for moderate to complex online applications, microservices, or mobile applications
- At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes
- Proven expertise in software design, architecture, and programming languages important to the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Prior experience in leading a group of automation/DevOps or development engineering teams
- Strong understanding of infrastructure components such as databases, networking, and cloud services
- Experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
