  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Take full ownership of features and systems, leading technical design and implementation for team-level projects
  - Contribute to full-stack development, including frontend UI components in React and backend services in Node.js
  - Help build scalable platforms and make thoughtful architectural decisions with long-term impact
  - Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate customer needs into technical solutions
  - Mentor peers and provide constructive code reviews to support team growth
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications, including both frontend and backend work
  - Proven track record of owning features or systems in complex environments, ideally within fintech or edtech
  - Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  - Experience leading technical decisions and balancing long-term scalability with short-term needs
  - Familiarity with emerging tools and practices in software development, including AI-assisted development tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools
  - Comfort navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful trade-offs in decision-making
  - Ability to engage in constructive disagreement and create alignment within a team
