- Write clean, DRY, reusable code that is easy to read and test
- Experience working collaboratively in a small team and independently
- Test code through unit, integration, and functional tests
- Work closely with Product and Design to take features from concept to production
- Mentor team members, provide feedback, and contribute to an agile development environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the software development industry
