What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of applications
- Design, manage, and automate test cases for various testing types, including functional, non-functional, and specialized testing
- Conduct API testing to validate backend service quality and perform performance testing to ensure system reliability
- Lead release readiness activities, including pre-release validation and post-release monitoring
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with business goals and technical requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in test management and software quality engineering
- Proficiency in a broad range of testing types: functional, non-functional, and specialized (API, mobile)
- Experience with programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, as well as API testing tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github Actions)
- Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and AI-driven automations is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and accountability skills
