What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of software in an Azure cloud environment
- Modify and enhance existing applications while assisting the team in product delivery through coding and reviewing pull requests
- Independently define and prioritize goals and tasks in a fast-paced agile product environment
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Propose solutions to complex problems and mentor junior developers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud-native applications, preferably in Azure using Python
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design and practices
- Extensive experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) including table design and query writing
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and written skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with design patterns and conducting code reviews for best practices
- Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies such as Ruby, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Experience with Docker, Linux, Windows, Azure, GIT, and NPM Package Management
