What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, develop, and maintain business critical applications in Enterprise Gateway Services
- Gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications
- Design and develop services using API Gateways and related technologies
- Provide expert leadership on complex Engineering assignments/projects
- Work with internal and external teams to deliver solutions effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years of total software development experience
- 7+ years of experience with Java full stack development
- 4+ years of developing and deploying applications on Open Shift
- Experience with various frameworks such as Spring Boot and Quarkus
- Strong understanding of DevOps processes and tools like GitLab and GitHub
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Java
- Experience working with Istio, OpenShift, or Kong Service meshes
- AWS development experience and related certification
- Understanding of Enterprise Gateways and related functionality
- Knowledge of EDI
