What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects involving major business productivity platforms such as Confluence, Box, and AirTable
- Develop enterprise-wide design and architectural guidelines and policies
- Manage user experiences by collaborating with network and telecom teams
- Drive enhancements and improvements to collaboration services and end-user experience
- Provide technical leadership for migrating existing platforms to new technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of engineering experience implementing and optimizing SaaS platforms such as Box, Confluence, and AirTable
- 2+ years of experience with scripting and API integration
- 2+ years managing engineers in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with architecture and design
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
- 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
