      What is the opportunity?

      In this role you will have the opportunity to develop cutting ext generation network observability and automation solutions integrating industry frameworks & tools with AI and analytics. You will interact with a team of passionate software engineers who thrive on solving challenging technical problems and creating great products that delight customers.

      What will you do?

      • Collaborate in design and development of the next generation of network service delivery and observability by fostering software engineering practices that reduce toil and optimize infrastructure

      • Develop, build and maintain high-performance, scalable observability services that power AI-driven insights and advanced analytics

      • Translate network processes into code, leveraging open-source tools, vendor applications and integrations

      • Automate processes within the infrastructure pipeline; identify opportunities for efficiency gains, reducing time-to-market, and enabling continuous delivery

      • Design and develop code structures to promote reusability across many applications

      • Continuously learn new technical skills and practice by applying them in your day-to-day work

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must Have

      • Strong proficiency in multiple programmable languages such as Go, Python, Java or others

      • Experience with building and supporting scalable observability pipelines using one ore more open-source observability solutions and s stacks such as Open Telemetry, ELK, Prometheus and Grafana

      • A strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and testing techniques

      • Strong technical knowledge in CI/CD, DevOps and Engineering practices

      • Experience building microservices, event-driven software and deploying applications with containers and Kubernetes

      • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.

      • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      Nice to Have

      • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field

      • Experience in building performance user interfaces using React and modern frontend tooling

      • 1+ years experience working with AI and LLMs

      • Hands-on experience in tools like Ansible and Terraform

      • Experience with OpenConfig and SNMP
