What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish software engineering best practices and develop tools for compliance
- Drive automation in testing and deployment processes
- Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle while embracing a DevOps culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technology trends, especially within the CNCF landscape
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of experience in building cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally AWS EKS and/or Azure AKS
- Experience with Istio or other Service Mesh technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Kubernetes operators written in Golang
- Familiarity with container security and supply chain security
- Knowledge of declarative infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD automation, and GitOps
