      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish software engineering best practices and develop compliance tools
      - Drive automation in testing and deployment processes
      - Engage in all stages of the development lifecycle, embracing a DevOps culture

      - Actively participate in Scrum teams and adhere to agile methodologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of software development experience
      - 2+ years of experience in building cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
      - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally AWS EKS and/or Azure AKS
      - Experience with Istio or other Service Mesh technologies
      - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with container security and supply chain security
      - Knowledge of declarative infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD automation, and GitOps
      - Experience with Kubernetes operators written in Golang
