Role/Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Des Moines, IA / Johnston, IA - Hybrid

Salary: USD $75.00 – $80.00 / hr W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and integrate high-complexity software solutions using change management processes.
• Utilize Unibasic, Pick Basic for 5+ years in development.
• Work with Unidata/Universe Database, SQL/PL SQL/Uniqueries for 5+ years.
• Conduct Unit, System, Integration, and UI testing for 3+ years.
• Apply development principles like Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Handle host applications on Linux servers.

Must Have

1. Experience in designing, developing, testing, and integrating complex software solutions.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unibasic, Pick Basic.
3. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unidata/Universe Database, SQL/PL SQL/Uniqueries.
4. 3+ years of experience in Unit, System, Integration, and UI testing.
5. Exposure to development principles like Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
6. Exposure to host applications on Linux servers.

Nice-to-Have:

• Solid understanding of design patterns and loosely coupled architectures.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
