What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership, technical guidance, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting code defects, data errors, and configuration issues
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, and Analysts to fulfill business requirements
- Establish and enforce quality standards in software design and architecture
- Drive change through collaboration and demonstration of proofs of concept (POCs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly in the banking domain
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft tech stack, including .Net Framework, C#, and RESTful services
- Proficiency in building modern web applications using Angular and related technologies
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices design, and service-oriented architecture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in secure software development practices within the banking or financial industry
- Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL DB and ETL development
- Familiarity with various architecture patterns and Agile principles
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with low-code software tools like Appian
