Job Description

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust features across the full technology stack, including .NET Core backend services and Angular frontend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, product managers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and implement scalable, high-performance system designs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to internal standards and industry best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the stack, including performance bottlenecks and production incidents.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Advanced proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework for backend development.
- Strong expertise in Angular for frontend development.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, relational database design, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in unit and integration testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Receptive to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Experience with or exposure to Digital Agility (Version 1) is a plus.
