      Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineers (SQAEs) work with cross-functional teams from across the business to test products from user level perspectives as well as deeper levels of the system, using both manual and automated approaches as well as lead efforts to enhance and refine Quality Assurance processes and best practices for the organization.

      Responsibilities:

      • Mentor less experienced SQAEs in QA best practices, software testing processes and methodologies.
      • Collaborate with team members for recommendations on process improvement.
      • Investigate new and emerging technologies to integrate into QA processes and tool sets
      • Experience with identifying and enhancing software testing processes and methodologies
      • Instilling best practices for test suite automation and frameworks and documentation, making sure designs meet requirements, and delivering high quality software on tight schedules.
      • Review and remodel current QA framework to improve processes and best practices
      • Ability to build and enhance universal QA framework based on different platforms
      • Review and critique of technical requirements and software design specifications and software implementation.
      • Extensive experience with software testing from Unit Testing through User Acceptance to include: Functional/Manual, Integration, Automation, Mobile and Regression
      • Ability to develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test execution and reporting
      • Proven expertise in integration and system black box and white box test and API level testing.
      • Execute and validate complex projects performed through independent validation and verification of various IT systems and manage multiple tasks while maintaining overall goals for the department, quality standards and strict timelines
      • Highly organized with excellent time management and strong documentation skills
      • Review requirement specification documents to gain a functional understanding of software and some hardware application(s)
      • Participates in the development and implementation of structured testing concepts, methodologies, and automated testing and support tools
      • Identify, document, and communicate all issues discovered during test case creation and test execution following documented issues reporting procedures and processes
      • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and must be able to multitask in a fast‐paced dynamic environment with the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
      • Demonstrate ability to use independent judgment and initiative on a day-to-day basis and to initiate and successfully manage testing cycles requiring cooperation among diverse groups
      • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
      • Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field plus 5+ years of software QA experience preferable with strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
      • Experience in defining E2E test strategy spanning across multiple systems, writing test plans, and test automation.
      • Experience owning QA for medium to large scale systems
      • SQL skills for database verification and analysis
      • Knowledge and hands on experience in test automation
      • Experience with different programming languages (C#, JSON, XML, Java Script)
      • Native mobile device and cross browser testing
      • Agile methodology – Understanding/Experience
      • Azure Devops (Test Case Management and Execution)
      • Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
      • Experience with GIT
      • SalesForce.com experience
      • Knowledge/Experience Reviewing and Understanding Business Requirements
      • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
      • Adaptation to Rapid Changing Priorities/Deliverables (Flexibility to Change)
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
      • Engineering process expertise, with a full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
      • Robust project planning/execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules.
      • Adaptability and attention to finalizing testing details and duties amidst aggressive time challenges.
      • Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files.
