  Your responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects from initial conception to full planning submission status
  • Using industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the projects development maturity
  • Definition of technical parameters and specifications for main components
  • Design in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction and Operations
  • Support the preparation of post-construction documentation
  • Provide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on site
  • Undertake initial yield assessment of potential solar sites
  • Support technical due diligences if needed
  • Optimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake-managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partners
  • Strong stakeholder management activities internally and externally

  Your profile

  
  

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Solid amount of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record in business transformation or operational excellence
  • Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of international work experience and appreciation of cultural differences
  • Preferred primary office location Düsseldorf, but other Uniper locations are feasible as well (UK, Italy, Hungary, Poland, France, Sweden). The role can also be predominantly home office based.
  • Business fluency in English
