- Lead the design and implementation of an SAP data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts, to support Finance and HR functions.
- Develop and maintain data integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and other systems.
- Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms.
- Evaluate and recommend data analytics and AI tools and technologies to improve business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering and analytics teams.
- Ensure that data solutions align with the overall SAP transformation roadmap and IT strategy.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, AI, and SAP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, and AI.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP data solutions for Finance and HR functions leveraging SAP or SAP supported products.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, including ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and data governance.
- Strong experience with data analytics tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Summary
The Network and Technology Services district is a fast-paced and dynamic team focusing on SAP Delivery and Architecture. The team’s mandate is to work with Bell corporate stakeholders and technology partners to deliver solutions that leverage Bell’s significant investment in its strategic IT platforms. The team consists of Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners and BI Architects that focus primarily on delivery of change within the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The team collaborates with business stakeholders, external IT providers and external suppliers to deliver using Agile methodologies high-quality solutions to business needs. The selected candidate would be expected to fully engage in with the IT team in supporting project delivery and the SAP transformation roadmap
Key Responsibilities
This role involves a Senior Data, Analytics, and AI Architect supporting Finance and HR, playing a crucial role in shaping the SAP transformation roadmap. The architect will design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of data architecture, analytics, artificial intelligence, and SAP environments.
