      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team
      - Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations
      - Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
      - Guide strategic programs in key accounts, facilitating customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements
      - Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
      - Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
      - Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
      - Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence with Sales counterparts
      - Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements and events
