What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the expert in technical and product support for sales teams, including complex solution presentations and proposal responses
- Develop and present scripted and unscripted solution presentations to various audiences, showcasing knowledge of product features
- Proactively apply knowledge of industry intelligence and trends relevant to specific audiences
- Ensure stakeholders can articulate and promote the employer’s competitive advantages during demonstrations
- Review bid submissions and contribute clinical, financial, and workflow expertise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a Human Services or post-acute setting with knowledge of revenue cycle and clearinghouse workflows
- Ability to travel up to 10%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare technology sales or consulting
- Familiarity with EDI workflows and claim submission processes
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of market trends in healthcare technology
