What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert for sales teams, including complex solution presentations and proposal responses
- Develop and present tailored solution demonstrations to various audiences
- Stay updated on industry trends and intelligence relevant to client needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a Human Services or post-acute setting with knowledge of revenue cycle and clearinghouse workflows
- Strong technical and product support skills for complex client interactions
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
