Job Description

- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to create functional requirements, use-case models, activity diagrams or other artifacts and acceptance criteria for complex solutions
- Develop and support solution vision through client interaction, market research, and interpretation of regulatory and accrediting agency guidelines
- Develop and maintain holistic solution risk control documentation
- Consult with development team in planning, estimating and allocating resources appropriately
- Collaborate across solution groups on similar functionality to ensure common process and seamless integration
- Participate in regular meetings to support development team and RFP processes, as appropriate
- Study competitive offerings in the market and anticipate client or market needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- At least 2 years of total Product design, product testing, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience
- At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
