We are now looking for a Solution Manager, Logistics, for our Digital & IT office.

      ABOUT THE POSITION

      As a Solution Manager, you have an overall solution ownership and responsibility about the SAP logistics solutions. You act as single point of contact for the business and develop solution and related roadmap together with them. You manage the demand by identifying new solution opportunities, gathering related business requirements and formulating these into solution concepts and functional specifications together with solution architects and partners.

      You lead/participate in global development projects and lead solution continuous development in order to ensure that solution design & development meets business requirements and follows Fiskars architecture guidelines and solution best practices.

      As a Solution Manager, you are accountable for solution functional and technical design. You work closely with domain and solution architects and development partners, creating and/or reviewing and approving solution designs to ensure that solution has high usability, performance, maintainability, scalability and security.


      As a Solution Manager, you are accountable for solution documentation, configuration and development guidelines. You support and give guidance to external parties in developing and implementing application development and configurations. As you have overall solution ownership, you support also Service Management in problem management and Major incidents when needed.

      You will report into our Senior Manager, Delivery & Finance.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      • Overall solution ownership of SAP logistics solutions (throughout its lifecycle from the business requirements to service retirement. Single point of contact towards business.
      • Responsible for business requirement gathering together with business stakeholders.
      • Own and lead solution development in your solution area. Drive solution design that enables high usability, performance, maintainability, scalability and security.
      • Responsible for creating and maintaining solution roadmap
      • Lead/participate in global development projects and lead solution continuous development to ensure that solution design and development meets business requirements.
      • Establish and maintain configuration and development guidelines. Lead and guide internal and external teams in developing and implementing solutions
      • Accountable for solution functional and technical design. Create and/or review and approve solution functional and technical designs done by development partners
      • Accountable for solution delivery of the solution including development, change & release management and life cycle management
      • Lead/participate in Solution (e.g. Change Control Board) and Supplier (Software and/or Application Maintenance and Support vendors) governance forums.
      • Accountable for solution functional and technical documentation including related application landscape & integrations.
      • Support in solution financial budgeting including license management
      • Control that all changes are recorded, and that change management process is followed
      • Support Service Management in problem management and Major incidents.

      WHO YOU ARE

      • Strong hands-on experience in SAP logistics and related core modules (MM, WM, LE ) configuration in addition to vast experience with other related business applications. Proven experience in global template development & deployments.
      • Extensive experience in supply chain logistics IT solution development from inbound supply to outbound order fulfillment and logistics in a global environment.
      • End-to-end process and solution understanding, with a business-driven approach.
      • Good networking skills and ability to develop sustainable relationships with key business stakeholders
      • Experience in building effective teams and holding them accountable for results
      • Experience in working international environment with stakeholders and teams distributed globally
      • Very good collaboration and communication skills in English
      • Ability to influence and work in a matrix organization (IT/Business)
      • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or other relevant education.
