      About the role:

      This role demands a combination of technical acumen in payment solutions, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to analyze market trends, adapt to industry changes, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement is crucial. The role is pivotal for driving business growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the payment solutions market.

      Be a part of our team in which you will:

      • leading the strategic development and implementation of advanced payment solutions.
      • designing client-focused solutions using the company's payment gateway and acquiring services.
      • staying ahead of industry trends to inform product development.
      • collaborating with the sales team to acquire new clients and expand business with existing ones.
      • leading product training sessions for sales and client-facing teams.
      • securing compliance with global regulations and market standards
      • providing input to internal teams like Product Management and Marketing based on market feedback.
      • contributing to RFI/RFP requests.
      • delivering effective presentations to various stakeholders, including at C/board level.
      • participating as a subject matter expert in industry events and conferences.
      • using tools like CRM to track and report on performance against targets and KPIs.
      • working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize business opportunities.
      • utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, ensuring solutions are both market-relevant and financially viable.

      What you need to be successful:

      • 6+ years of technical experience, at least 3 of which are within the payment industry
      • well-developed planning skills
      • 2+ years of experience leading end-to-end projects
      • awareness of trends and market needs
      • strong experience in the technical aspects of ecommerce, mobile and/or POS
      • technical background including a BS degree in CS, CIS, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
      • strong experience in learning and explaining integrations to payment systems, including navigating platform and card brand specifications
      • excellent verbal and communication skills
      • ability to present, interact, and connect with executives, engineers and other technical contacts
