Partner with the sales team as the go-to technical and domain authority, enabling customers to grasp the full value and potential of Auth 0's identity solutions. Deeply understand customer pain points and strategic objectives, then design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly align Auth 0 solutions to their specific needs. Serve as a primary technical resource, confidently addressing product features and in-depth technical inquiries from customers, partners, and internal Okta teams. Architect and execute impactful Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers with intricate use cases, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional Okta engineering teams to ensure success. Act as a crucial voice of the customer, channeling valuable feedback to product management to drive product enhancements that address evolving needs and unlock new value.
