- Global Team Leadership: Lead and manage India CAD Team operations, serving as primary liaison across time zones and cultural contexts while providing daily guidance, technical support, and quality assurance for seamless global deliverables
- Technology Systems Leadership: Serve as subject matter expert for Space Reservation systems, managing complex technical implementations, leading development and deployment of global campus systems from pilot programs to worldwide implementation
- Enterprise Project Management: Take ownership of large-scale initiatives including Furniture Refurbishment Projects across global retail locations, managing workflows, coordinating stakeholder teams, and ensuring quality control across high-volume operations
- Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with JLLT teams on complex client projects, providing training, resources, and technical expertise while serving as key liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Advanced Data Management: Manage comprehensive CAFM/IWMS database operations, conduct space and occupancy data analysis, and deliver strategic reporting that supports global real estate decision-making and operational efficiency
- Technology Training & Support: Provide technical guidance and training to senior stakeholders on new technology platforms, ensuring successful adoption and implementation across enterprise environments
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Create and assign project tickets, ensure project continuity and knowledge transfer across organizational transitions, and maintain governance compliance across all data management operations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Space Planning, Data Management, Analytics, or related field with 5+ years of experience in space data management with enterprise clients
- Proven track record in team leadership and global project management with demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows across geographically distributed teams and cultural contexts Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and administration with previous experience in CAFM/IWMS systems (WSD, FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview)
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, database management, reporting systems, and AutoCAD with drawing management system proficiency
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills with ability to manage complex technical implementations and provide guidance across multiple time zones and diverse stakeholder groups Understanding of office space categorization principles including BOMA and OSCRE standards with ability to ensure compliance and governance across global operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives, make data-driven decisions, and balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic value creation
- Specific experience managing large-scale corporate real estate portfolios for Fortune 500 clients with understanding of complex organizational structures and requirements
- Background in developing and implementing emerging workplace technologies, space reservation platforms, and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives and technology adoption programs across global enterprise environments
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, predictive analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities that drive strategic real estate decision-making
- Experience managing international teams and projects with understanding of global business practices and cultural sensitivity in professional services environments
- Background in establishing quality control processes, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives within data management operations

Lead complex data management operations as a Senior Space Data Manager with JLL, where you'll serve as the strategic technology leader for our Wells Fargo enterprise client portfolio. You'll drive global project management excellence while managing distributed teams across multiple time zones and spearheading technology innovation initiatives that support strategic real estate decisions. This senior-level role positions you at the forefront of digital transformation, where you'll serve as subject matter expert for advanced space reservation systems and lead enterprise-wide initiatives including large-scale furniture refurbishment projects across hundreds of global retail locations.
